at NetspaceOnline.net (NS)
due to the server relocation
that affected many people.
But we are glad to announce
after many months of planning
the revamped NetspaceOnline.net
website; we are sure you will
find the navigation, support
links and information more
helpful.
If you happen to locate any
broken links on the new site,
please help us out and report
them by opening a support
ticket so we can have them
corrected as soon as possible.

am extremely happy to announce
that after months of planning,
the latest package offering
from NetspaceOnline.net is
finally launched - Platinum
Plan!
We have received many, many
emails from clients and prospective
clients regarding the new
Platinum hosting plan so if

Some
of you may know that we purchase
our servers via Pegasus Technologies
who work out of NAC. Pegasus
have built their own multi-million
dollar carrier class facility
about 30 minutes away from
NAC. The new facility still
uses NAC as a bandwidth carrier
but also adds quality connections
to aboveNET and UUNET.
Pegasus have kept this all
very hush-hush for reasons
of their own but we have just
been informed that all our
servers at NAC are being moved.
Downtime will be a few hours
unfortunately as the servers
need to be physically transported
to the new data centre; after
the relocation process has
been completed there will
be a few changes:
[1] Those of you who use the
old control panel login:
https://www.control-access2.com:8443/
should no longer use this
address, instead use the following:
https://www.host-fortress.net:8443/
[2] The 'Kappa' server has
been changed to 'Orion', please
note the change on your account
activation e-mail or save
it in a suitable location.
Pleasure ensure you login
to the 'Orion' server when
logging into your account
as 'Kappa' will be disconnected
in a few weeks.
In the next few days, we will
be checking each individual
account and making sure account
settings are updated to reflect
the new server location. But
as you can imagine, this is
an enormous task. To ease
our workload, I would be extremely
grateful if you could quickly
open a support ticket if you
encounter any issues with
your hosting account.

1) Name (as it appears in
Plesk)
2) Server name
3) Domain name
